SPRING Colour Trends 2023
On the 20th March 2023 springtime in the UK officially began, and we are looking forward to the lighter nights and the brighter weather (hopefully)
For the Spring seasonal colour palettes we are usually looking at warmer, lighter, pastel shades for outfits and accessories, instead of the darker, more opulent colours of Winter.
Spring is a time for fresh and new beginnings, with a lighter outlook, perfect for layering garments and experimenting with outfits.
The London Spring/Summer 2023 colour palettes according to Pantone include the below hues, as well as the Pantone colour of the year 2023 Viva Magenta 18-750, a rich pink which complements the below colours beautifully.
The London Spring/Summer 2023 core classics include the below
How does Pro-Stretch use colour?
Here at Pro-Stretch we follow the colour trends and work with our brands on seasonal colours and current innovations.
Our brands use a similar approach when designing their seasonal pieces. By updating a core product line with seasonal additions is a clever way to maximise designs, and is a cost effective option.
Introducing capsule collections is a way to offer limited edition pieces, and the seasonal colour trends are a good way to incorporate this.
By using our trims to enhance a core product, the addition of colour can simply update the piece for the season, without a complete redesign of the garment.
